This link will take you to photographs of a Bell 412 owned by Air Methods and operated by Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

It appears there was too much helicopter to pass under a highway overpass.

This is the third aircraft lost at that operation.....two in flight and now one by ground transport.

Yowza! I'm surprised the MGB wasn't yanked forward into the cabin.

I can't say I've ever seen a more expensive set of "spare" MR blades...

I do hope the TR blades weren't in the cabin, who knows what happened in there!

It survived the forced landing, but not the trip home on the road :D
