:)When the wind is considered calm, below 6 knots or 5 knots?

Caa definition of calm wind is not more than 4 knots..

According to UK CAA publication CAP 746 (Meteorological Observations at Aerodromes) Chapter 4 Page 3 para 3.1.9 :-
"When the wind speed is less than 1 knot, this should be reported as calm"
