since the fiscal agreement between CAnada and Korea is finish my understanding is that you have to pay tax ...according to my agency contract the salary is paid after tax paid to korea is that mean that again you will have to pay Harper????

If you live in Canada and have any tie to Canada and work in Korea, you will pay full Canadian tax...rate about 43.6%.

It depends on ones' point of view. If its pure money...then you'll be paying tax in Canada.
If you've got experience and want to fly excellent equipment, then the contract is good.

Most Canadians who can, are leaving for monetary reasons.

Most popular yes, but experience is another thing. You can buy a rating but you need experience on the aircraft/routes. The rating is not cheap, either.
