This might be old news now, but it won't do any harm if I put it on for information purposes.
After Chester Flying School went bust, A new school opened up with the name NWCAS, (North Wales and Chester Aviation School). Completely different owners and now with completely different instructors. and it is run very professionally by the school manager Neil Farmer. The school can be reached on 01244 531723. NWCAS is a sister company to NWMAS (North Wales Miltary Aviation Services), both are based at Hawarden airfield. The school has good facilities and full time instructors.
I have just recently passed my skills test with them after initially starting off at Chester Flying School. The student numbers are growing quite fast, with varying ages from 15 yrs upwards.
As mentioned in other posts, John Green ( an excellent instructor) is instructing at Sleap. Hope this helps to clarify matters.
