latest offer in summary:

average of 8,7% over 4 years, which comes to ca.2% per year + inflationary rise every year for 2002 - 2004 + 0-2 monthly salaries depending on profits every year.

NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

DLH, CFG, CIB, LCAG pilots will strike at all domestic stations from 00.00 LT till 24.00 LT. (Which means starting tonight)

How did DLH calculate the 10-16% (first)offer. Just curious, I heard, it was also spreaded over 4 years?
And why is the second offer now lower than the first one???

The first "offer" was between ca, 1,5% and 7,5% raise in basic pay (spread over 4 years + inflationary rise every year after 2001) and 1/12th (ca, 8,3%) of the basic annual salary of 2000.
So for 2001 they came up with ca. 10% (1,5+8,3) - 16% (7,5+8,3)raise.

VC was quite p*ssed by the way the press was handed this "offer" at about the same time as our negotiating team...
Some journos finally listned to VC, did their own math and slammed LH for the bs-info.
