How's this for INACCURATE, BIASED reporting by the "Irish Independent" rag:

"A RYANAIR pilot fired because he did not want to fly in the cockpit jump-seat of a plane while off-duty has settled his unfair dismissal case against the airline at an employment appeal hearing.


Captain Martin Duffy was dismissed in July by Ryanair chief executive Michael O'Leary after he had wanted to sit in the cabin of the plane while being flown to Stansted airport to start his day's flying duties."

C`mon, someone must have a clue or an educated guess as to the terms of this confidential settlement. Has the skipper been employed elsewhere.?
