Aircraft Charter Broker

I am wondering if someone here caan help. My brother is consodering a career change and want to get into aircraft charter brokering. He wants to know what salary this would command (even for an experinced broker, cos he wants to stay) but tio be honest I have no clue at all :confused:.

Anyone out there have any ideas. Thank yoy for any help.
