My flying club is organizing a week long flyout to Greece at the end of the month, 5-6 aeroplanes.
Can anyone indicate the average price of Avgas 100ll on the islands.
Thanks.

I flew through Corfu and Kos last month and bought Avgas from Air BP at each place. From memory, fuel was upwards of €2 per litre.

Wonderful scenery flying through Greece but quite bureaucratic at the airports themselves.

Make sure you have written acknowledgements from your destination airports confirming that they know you are coming and what you are doing - bring these with you too!

Enjoy!

Prices tend to be at the higher end of the European spectrum.

As mentioned, it's the PPR requirements, and whether there is any avgas at all, that are the problem.

There is no avgas in most of Greece. Corfu, Mykonos, Megara, Athens I think, and a few others. The choice of alternates is fun: a legal alternate doesn't need to carry any fuel :)
