Survival equipment supply in Vladivostok

An unusual request perhaps, does anyone have a good contact for the hire or purchase of survival equipment in Vladivostok (or nearby!)?

We need raft, suits and ELBs for a leg of a round-the-world flight routing Vladivostok-Petropavlovsk-Andreanof Islands-Anchorage-Vancouver.

Transtlantic leg is covered thanks to Far North Aviation.

We have asked our flight planners for this info as well, but if anyone here has any pearls of wisdom please reply with advice.
