what happened to 119.9 is there a freq to call heathrow for a svfr clearance.

119.9 hasn't been used for 3 years - since the move from LHR tower to LTCC West Drayton.

I would add that the AIP is available on line here (http://www.ais.org.uk). You have to register, but it is free.
