Just watching a segment on a Sunday morning TV show about air crew and passengers becoming seriously ill due to faulty oil seals contaminating bleed air on commercial jets. One case saw both crew of a bae 146 suffer temporary paralysis for roughly 5 mins, and after donning oxygen masks eventually fixed them up:ok:
The FO of this 146 (now retired) is convinced some accidents should have been put down to this rather than pilot error..
