Guys I think we should all apply to be secretaries since I just heard that 1 of the secretaries for an IT boss(not too sure which dept) gets BD2400:ok: :ok:

For a system that doesn't work? Aims never updated in a timely manner, Easy thats not so easy, Mygulfair that never functions properly, Oracle that's not accessible from home, online Stafftravel that doesn't work unless you join the queue at HQ???? Payrise for what? Not doing his job properly? Come on!!!!!!

My understanding is that IT are not generally responsible for the 'useability' of a particular system - that is the business units responsibility. As for access, similarly, the business owner of the application is responsible for defining the access requirements. IT deliver based upon departmental requirements.

May I suggest:
AIMS - talk to crewing, they own it and update it.
EASY - talk to HR
Intranet - talk to Marketing
