I posted this on the Questions forum but didn't get any responses. So I've decided to post on this forum, hopefully Instrustors will be in a better position to help.
I would like to know how much FTDs used for IR, MCC, and JOC training cost? I'm interested in devices that are Jet based?

Thanks in advance for you replies.

The cheapest uncertified sim with a motion platform will probably cost you around £200,000.

A few tens of thousands for a fixed-base procedures trainer.

Around £15m for a full motion, certified airliner simulator with a full motion system, instructors station, etc.

As ever, there are state of the art machines for a small fortune, and "bargain basement" second hand machines - so if you want a B727 sim, you'll probably get one quite cheaply (which is why simulators for obsolete types tend to get used e.g. for MCC training).
