I have a Australia cpl,China atpl and with 8000 total on b737,2500 PIC ON B737-500&NG,more than 1000 international experience.
Now I want to get a ICAO ATPL,what should I do? Is there a agency or traning school do that? how much does it cost?

Check the definition of an ICAO ATPL. I think you will find that Australia is an ICAO member state, so therefore your Oz CPL is ICAO.

As for the Chinese ATPL, I am not 100% sure that it is accepted as ICAO. I recall talking with a friend of mine who was looking at working out there (thereby needing to convert his ICAO licence to a Chinese one to operate in China) and him saying that time logged on type under a Chinese ATPL is creditable, but the licence will not be recognised for employment outside the country (someone care to clarify this?)

If you want to get work internationally, best get a JAA ATPL based on your Oz one, or an FAA ATPL. The JAA one is considerably more work to get compared to the FAA ticket.
