Anyone can tell what's budget for training per trained pilot?

I'm a newbie...

1) Is there anyone who can tell me what's the budget allocated for F/O and Cpt in terms of CRM training per airline?

2) Which airlines does not have CRM training?(maybe 1 or 2?)
