Do you mean a site to look at transcripts, or actual live feeds? Plenty of the former, don't know any of the latter.

Don't know of many sites that provide that, and certainly not in real time. There are a few here, http://www.airdisaster.com/cvr/atcwav.shtml but you might have better luck (or worse luck) by just going to work. (I see your
job is ATC)
I've been in the job a few years now, only had to deal with two serious emergencies in that time, and a handful of minors.
