What are JAA or CAA requirements (if any) for keeping flight records (not maintenance records) for European flights? I know for commercial operators in the USA there is a 30 day requirement for W&B none for Part 91 except for 90 days for oceanic. What are the requirements in Europe? Thanks in advance.
