Hi there.. i hope I am posting in the right place. My parents are, hopefully, travelling on staff tickets from SYD - DXB..although they have bought back up tickets (commerical) on another flight. Time will be short for them to put the commercial ticket in for refund if they are lucky enough to get on the earlier flight, using the staff travel tickets. Question is.. does anyone happen to know, at SYD airport where they should go to a/ for check-in and b/ for refund?!? Is it all done at the same desk? Is there a staff travel desk?? I am worried about them in their mid 60's and just want them to get ease of travel.. the rest of their itin is Hk'd (confirmed) through my BA travel concessions. Can anyone help plz?!?
