On the B767, in AUTO mode, what is the maximum rate of climb and descent for the cabin?

My notes say 500 fpm and 350 fpm respectively, is this correct?

500fpm and 300fpm are the rates for the index mark on the auto rate controller rotary switch thing.
Setting at the index should give about 500fpm cabin climb and 300fpm cabin descent.
Couldn't find any info on the rates for either end of the scale, sorry.
Info lifted from B767 pages at www.smartcockpit.com (http://www.smartcockpit.com/). Some pretty good stuff there, need to register but it's free

Thanks. I didn't think it sounded right.

IIRC, then those 500/300 fpm are "sea level fpm", so its actually a fixed pressure differential over time. At high altitude the actual fpm will be higher. Otherwise, with a rapid descent (or climb) you could quickly exceed the 8.6 PSI limit.
