Does anyone have an idea what various crew agencies might charge as a fee or commission for providing an ATPL, type-rated pilot? (eg. A319/320/321 and B737, B757)
Just trying to figure out the 'total' cost of a contract crew member and compare (contract amount + fee) vs. (salary + benefits) ATPL pilot.
Is the fee a percentage of the contract or a flat rate dependant on demand for type ratings?
Any insight would be appreciated.
