For those at Virgin -- are all your work groups a part of a union.

Pilots
Cabin Crew
Ground Workers
Airport Workers
Ramp Workers

How are the labor relations at the airline?

I believe the only unionised staff are the Flight Deck and Cabin Crew. Not 100% sure about engineering but I know that the Ground staff are not and for what its worth I think they should be. Would stop certain bad practices and illegal practices......:ok:
