hey guys, i am comming over to canada from new zealand, converting my license and will then be looking for employment.

i will be arriving about late april or very early may.

ive got around 850 tt 50 mutli about 450-500 hrs of which is strip flying air transport ops

just wondering what kinda employment oppertunitys are out there for a person with that kinda time.

any insight greatly appreaciated :)

Canada can be one of the hardest markets in the world to get started in. I've been out of the country now for a couple of years, but assuming there is still growth/movement in the indutry, with that kind of time if you're lucky and send enough resumes/talk to the right people at the right time, you can lanad a right hand seat turboprop job on a 1900/kingair. Possibly a C208 or navajo PIC job as well depending on where you want to live and work. You don't want to know what the pay is like though...
