Anyone use the following headset and if so any opinions on its quality, good or bad!

I could be wrong but I think most Plantronics headsets were first designed for ATC use, for that purpose I feel it's just fine, I am not happy with the performance in the aircraft for the following reasons, mismatched impedance seems to make the reception too loud, the microphone tends to pick up a lot of background noise, but for the $165.00 USD price tag it ain't bad. I am now using a new headset called Clarity Aloft, the sound quality and microphone are superb (should be for $500), it also is worn around the back of your head, doesn't get sore after long use.
