What is the best Asian/International airline to work for and still live in Canada? I know Cathay has pilots based in YYZ and YVR, any other suggestions?
Thanks!

You should try living outside of canada for awhile, you'll probably like it:E

I probably would, it's the wife that is the tough sell...
Middle East? Asian?

I would suggest CX...Korean was hiring 747 FO/CPT out of Toronto, and CAL has a 'basing' system. but that only gives you 10 days in your home port. At best.

CX would be a commuting option right away for the freighter, or short term pain for payoff in the long term, 4-6 years for a YVR or LAX PX base. depending on how you join the company.

NCA is a great job for YVR commuting, $$$, but you need a current 747 rating as a pre-joining requirement.
