Would have been a hell of a lot easier in a Hughes 300.

why do you say that? Depends on the pilots skill surely? Both helicopters have similar hover characteristics?

Have been wondering if something like an s76 or s61 (i think) with auto hovering or hovering aids would be best!

Would have been a hell of a lot easier in a Hughes 300.

Even easier using a manual mk1 bottle opener - then you could drink it afterwards too!

g-mady,
I know from my own experience that the 300 was relatively easy to hold steady in the hover because of its 3 blade fully articulating rotor system. As for the R44, I've never flown one but it looked very twitchy in the video with only 2 blades. I think the pilot did an excellent job.

Let's make it difficult and try opening a wine bottle with a cork screw !

Another one for Capt Hollywood to add to the new R88...

"optional extra... Bottle opener on the right skid, for when its been a hard day and you just cant get one open quick enough!"
