Is the Westjet payscale accurate in this survey?

I'm also curious how many WJetters participate in the ESPP. Its a much better plan that is offered at AC, not that I'm a big fan in buying any airline stock.

Thanks

I don't know how he assigned a value to the options. The options are only worth the difference between what they were issued at to what they are sold at no less than 2 yrs after they were issued. So I would say the 25% option would be a more realistic figure to look at.

I think about 80% of employees contribute to the ESPP to some extent.

Read the explanations above the salary surveys.

"-The information sources I’ve used for the survey group similar equipment together. For example, Southwest Airlines doesn’t fly Airbus 320’s but they fly similar equipment. Therefore SWA’s Boeing 737’s are grouped with the Airbus 320. For this reason you will also see the Air Canada Boeing 777 and Airbus 340 Pilots grouped as similar wide-body aircraft."
