I am looking for the name and email-address of the person, who is in charge for all the ATC issues in the Serco HQ in London.

Always thought SERCO were based at Hook Hampshire (the one just north of Odiham)

SERCO are still at Hook, the full details are on their website http://www.serco.com .

The ATC point of contact used to be Sally Johnson, but I think that she may have run away from the asylum..........;)
