For some airports there is a plate with JAA Minimums. The visibility and the RVR is goven by aircraft category. Very often the numbers for Visibility and RVR are bolded! both.
1. Does that mean that both the Visibility and the RVR has to bee met for landing, or can the RVR be relevent?
2. Does that mean that the State minimums which are also printed at the IAL charts are not valied for JAA registered aircrafts?
3. Who is using JAA minimums?
4. Can the non JAA registered aircraft use the state minimum published on the approach plate regardles of JAA minimums which are higher?
