A318 fuel burn (PW6000)

Hello all,

Can anyone give me some rough figures for fuel economy on an A318? I've searched high and low on the net, including the Airbus and PW websites, but I haven't found even simple figures.

Figures for fuel burn (in kg/hour perhaps) for taxi, climb, cruise and descent would be useful. I need to factor these into several different European flights to ascertain fuel cost per flight etc. I appreciate this sort of thing is, in reality, a fine art, so I'm making generalisations and ball park figures are acceptable.

I've never flown an A318, but according to my FCOM and QRH, these paper are valid for A318 to A321. It only depends on your weight. Standard fuel figures for 55 t, from there you add/substract.

The A318 can be extrapolated from this. IMHO the taxi, climb, cruise, descent can be handled (in the absence of better figures) by assigning the time to each with an appropriate fuel flow from the above list OR by simply adding 5% to the LRC figure for flights of 2 hours+ and 10% for 1 hour flights.
