Heard from a colleague that a Delta twin engined aircraft enroute from New York to London yesterday had to turn back.
His girlfriend was on board and she said they were 2 hours into the flight when the captain said they had engine problems. A short while later the engine stopped. I'm curious as to how close they were to New York when they shut down the engine (or it failed).
