Are there any US (lower 48) airports with mainline or regional jet service that do not have a full ILS?

Depending on the wind direction, many airports are limited to localiser only often on a reciprocal runway to the one that has an ILS approach.

KEGE, Eagle County (Vail), Colorado
Three I can think of off the top of my head, I'm sure there's lots more.

Lots of non-precision only airports served by turboprop airliners.

San Diego/Lindbergh KSAN has LOC only to Rwy 27 (ILS available to Rwy 9)
