Captain says 30 minutes. I think 20 minutes. Everywhere I have been the Delivery Controler says "call back 20 prior"

At YYZ its 30 minutes prior that Clearance gets the flight plan. It can be either amost instantaneously sent, or if busy, take a few minutes.

At Gatwick clearance is generated 15-20 minutes prior to Off Blocks Time, so PDC can't be issued until then, though you can still make the request earlier and we'll fire off the clearance as soon as it's generated.

You can usually get the SID at any time prior to departure (subject to runway changes) and we an call you back with the squawk as soon as it becomes available, which is usually around 1/2 hour before your filed off blocks time.

But, Ive been told by one of the engineers this cycle that we have 5mins to send it before it reverts to voice. Also if the crew don't send an acknowledgement in 5mins it reverts as well.
