Hey fellas,
A guy asked me for some help today and having searched through the docs I couldn't help that much and was a bit stumped. He needs to fly out to the med, via French and Italian airspace, needs to fly IFR, but he can't fly in the en-route structure because he can't get above 8000' because he doesn't have pressurization and generally where he wants to fly the en-route structure seems to be at about FL115 and above. Are there any IFR service providers for this kind of routing like we could get in the UK and if so how do we go about finding them so that we can file a decent flight plan?
