... and continuesThis seems a bit unfair - it suggests that the crew ignored the collision. But the aircraft actually returned to land immediately, from those reports. Possibly happened post V1, or something like that?

Having lived and worked in Kyrgyzstan, I certainly wouldn't like to be in the shoes of that local crew! They must fear more for their own safety post incident than during!
