Saving images

I've been sent a Word document with pictures in the message, not as attachments.

How can I save the pictures as jpgs?
Or any image format?

I can save the pics as Word files, but need to do so as an image.

Download Irfanview (http://www.irfanview.com) if you don't already have an image editing package.

Right click on the image in Word, select Copy.

Open the image editor, and Paste/Ctrl V. Crop etc if required. save as *.jpg.
