Travel Insurance while hours building

Hello!

Apologies if this is the wrong forum or if it has been discussed before, but I was wondering whether or not a special type of travel insurance is required if flying abroad? I am going to the US of A, for a couple of weeks of flying and just wondered if the travel insurance offered by Tesco's etc would suffice...
Any thoughts?

I use a company called Traffords, I pay £93 a year for a multi trip policy which covers me as well for flying, trips up to 60 days, winter sports etc

Made a nice change to find a company that has real people on the other end of the line, not a computer system!!
