If it isn't like flying the A340-600, Airbus may have a problem.;)
so how do you stop stray baked beans from going down the keypad on the table? One for the TPs to work on.

I think that would be the least of Airbus' worries!!!

A friend of mine who had just finished his conversion onto the A340 at Toulouse last month was allowed to fly the A380 sim. He said it was just like the A340 with a few enhancements, he was able to start up, taxi and fly a circuit with no problems. Should make for easy transition.
As the engineer Fernando Alonso says, flying the A380 is like riding a bike! :eek:
