If a royal flight is coming into a normal class D control zone, does the CTR get upgraded to Class A, ie no VFR etc? So if you had a circuit up he'd have to be SVFR?
If there is no control zone present then a CAS-T one is created notified as class A, so it would strike me as stupid to allow things to carry on as normal in a class D one. Thanks
