Having completed my MCC course 12months ago - can anyone recommend a book etc (as little notes were given during the course), to brush up on MCC etc etc....
I am in full time flying (as an instructor), just could do with brushing up on the multi crew side of things etc etc (Speeches, who does what etc!)
