What is the current state of affairs with regard to ATCO recruitment?
I see there are plenty of units advertising at the mo, but how are you all getting on filliing the headsets? Most units are (ideally) looking for ADI/APP/APR/met, but how many applicants are there with all the ratings?
Are there still folk out there with a license and no job?
