I can't help but notice that there are airlines which are advertising jobs where you'll return home to base everynight. I can see how this is a +, however I do like the idea of a having a night here and there away. It kind of goes with the romance of becoming a pilot to travel and see.

What eurpean airlines short haul airlines would offer stop overs or is this down to long haul flagship airlines like BA BMi and Virgin. I noticed that Ryanair and Easy don't have stop overs.

Looooong haul

the romance of becoming a pilot to travel and see. You vebeen watching the wrong movies :ooh:

But serious the LCCs are very good at back at home every night stuff. Scheduled airlines varies. charter varies and corporate varies.. in all you will get your fair share away anyhow :)
