DALLAS (AP) The landing gear on an American Airlines jet collapsed as it landed at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Wednesday. No injuries were immediately reported.
Investigators were checking the plane where it sat stranded on the runway. The Fokker 100 jet carried 88 passengers and four crew members.
Two fire trucks were at planeside, along with several ambulances and other emergency personnel.
American said it was still gathering information and had no immediate comment.
