Just applied to PAS Aviation for the EMB 170 with Cirrus Airlines. Could anybody tell me a bit more about this outfit i.e. basing, pay, flight schedule etc.

I worked 1-1/2 years for Cirrus Airlines.
Their pay is low their standard is very poor. Very strange I thought to find that in Germany. Nice website though :)

It's a German Ailrine like GP73 said they have an exec side to their operations as well seems to be very low paid contract compared to some of the other EMB170 jobs around for typed people.

But I heard that next to the website the beer might be good as well.

I heared they are reducing their "Airline Jet-fleet", more concentration to the Excecutive business.

Info from a colleague that still works for Cirrus : they finally found that having so many types of aircraft is not cost efficient so they are reducing their types to get a more common fleet.

Are the corporate jet pilots at Cirrus not offered the E170 slots too? Why wouldn't the charter pilots want to fly for the scheduled operation? I thought pay was pi$$ poor throughout the entire operation - might as well get some E170 time after flying the Cl300 for awhile...

I don't know all I know they are looking for people with a E170 rating and time on type.
