The Air Accident Investigation Branch every month release reports on incidents that have happened previously in the air or on the ground. These reports can make interesting reading.

Dontpickit is just advising that this months batch of reports are out - have a look and you might get hooked and find yourself waiting each month for the next lot to be released.

Incidentally, if anybody from AAIB is reading this - thanks for the new(ish) short summary paragraphs at the start we're seeing now. A very useful feature that I hope continues.
