What is the correct procedure for planning an IFR flight when the destination airfield is inside the STAR initial entry point?
Should you position to the initial entry point (even if it's not commercially expeditious/is the opposite direction to destination), or go direct from/to the largest holding facilities, or perhaps intercept the STAR at an intermediate point?
