Pilot found alive amongst the wreckage by a Tornado.
A TDA was set up with a 30nm radius, I don't think the RAF SAR aircraft would have wanted every man, dog and microlight in the area searching, good intentions accepted.
Found alive after enduring 24 hours on the hillside.
Well done to all involved with the SAR effort :ok:

Wonderful news to hear he's been found. Congrats to everyone involved in the search and rescue, and a speedy recovery.
