Mods: Thread is not repeated, this is slight change in what I'm asking!

Would like to know how crews that frequently operate to the USA with consequent layover get passed by immigration. Is it by means of VWP, work visa or some other arrangement.

I will be needing to travel there on a regular basis to see my pregant girlfriend whilst I am working as crew in the Caribbean, now can I enter as crew even though I didn't operate the flight there?

Any advice greatly appreciated.

No. To be crew, you must be on the General Declaration, and have a special crew visa. The only way you can do is is on a normal tourist visa. Some countries have Visa exemptions, but not the Caribbean ones I should think. If you google State Department and visas, you should be able to research it.

If you frequently enter the USA from the Caribbean on a (say) UK passport then you might find the DEA get interested in you
