Back to the top - and no, I won't be displaying the JP. It is 22 years since I last flew one and I doubt the experience will improve with age:cool:

What time is Stik on for? I'll be in the neighborhood (ish) that day and may well stop by to see his display.

Only a few hours to go and the weather Gods have promised to make early afternoon more aviation friendly according to the organiser!

Well, you all missed Stiks entertaining display. He and 5 other intrepid aviators braved 20-30kt winds to give a daring display to the massed crowds at Thurston.
Much money was raised to support the ATC cadets so our thanks go out to all the pilots.
Photos will be posted later!!

Noticed that the JP3 is only doing a flypast, does anyone know if you still need a D/A to do this ?? Suppose theres nothing to stop you coming into the circuit and carrying out a run and break followed by a low go around or similar??

Regards

A fly by at a promulgated Airshow will need a DA - CAP 403.
