How many times must this scenario be replayed? It takes an accident to change things - F&D, pay, etc etc.......management must take the blame for this one; however, crews also have a major role to play, in NOT accepting unsafe conditions such as F&D overruns, lack of training etc.
It is difficult to convince bean counters to spend money on extra crews, training, amongst others - but if that is considered expensive, try an accident......
Sad reading indeed.

Conclusions:
Some guys in africa buy a couple of planes to beat an embargo,after embargo find a tame icao authority, X years down the line and just enough deaths they finally get reigned in and cleaned up.About time. Good guys bad practice.:ok:
