A couple of months ago I heard rumours that a new airline was forming to operate ACMI leases operating out of Shannon Ireland (Apparantly there are good tax breaks if you base your company there) and that they were negotiating to buy all of Deltas Tristars as a job lot. Is this yet another "phantom"/paper airline or is there some truth/money behind it???
